Appealing Refusal & Cancellation Decisions

If your visa has been cancelled or refused, appealing is part of our expertise matters. Our registered migration agents have years of experience and a comprehensive knowledge of Australian migration law, so you can be rest assured that you and your case are in capable hands.

There are a number of grounds on which an appeal can be made, and it is important to get advice from a qualified agent before proceeding. In some cases, it may be possible to obtain a review of the decision without going through the appeals process. This is known as internal review, and it can be requested from the citizenship or visa office that made the original decision. However, the internal review is not suggested for most of the cases.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your visa application tor your visa is cancelled, then you may be eligible to lodge an appeal with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). The Tribunal will consider your case and make a new decision. You should note that there is usually a time limit for lodgement of an appeal, so it is important to act quickly if you wish to pursue this option.

If you find yourself in a citizenship refusal or a visa refusal/cancellation situation, do not despair – help is available. With the assistance of our qualified migration agents and lawyers, you might be able to have the decision reversed and get back on track with your life in Australia.

We have successfully appealed cancellation and refusal decisions at the AAT for a range of visas including Partner visas, Protection visas, Business visas, Student visas and Visitor visas.

Protection Visas

The protection visa is a type of visa that is available to people who have fled their home country due to persecution or fear of persecution. This visa allows the holder to live and work in Australia.

The protection visa also gives holders access to a range of government services and benefits, including healthcare and education.

In order to be eligible for a protection visa, applicants must meet a number of criteria, including proving that they are at risk of persecution in their home country.

The application process can be complex, so it is important to seek a professional who can assess your eligibility and assist you with the application process. If your application is successful, you will be granted a protection visa and will be able to live and work in Australia indefinitely.

Citizenship application

The process of applying for Australian citizenship can be a long and complicated one.

There are a number of different requirements that need to be met in order to be eligible, and the application process itself can be quite complex. However, the rewards of becoming an Australian citizen are great.

As a citizen, you will have the right to live and work in Australia indefinitely, access to free healthcare and education, and the ability to vote in Australian elections.

If you are interested in applying for Australian citizenship, the first step is to ensure that you meet all of the eligibility requirements. Once you have done this, you can begin the application process by filling out the necessary forms and sending them off to the relevant authorities.

The entire process can take several months, but it is well worth it if you are looking to make Australia your home.
