For a formal consultation, choose an appointment in the calendar below, select an available date and time, then complete your details and payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your consultation details.
Prepare for your consultation
Have your current visa details, relevant Department letters and a short summary of your questions ready. For a refusal or cancellation matter, include the decision notice and the date you received it.
