Graduate Work Stream –
For overseas students who graduate with skills and qualifications that relate to an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL). A visa in this stream is granted for up to 18 months.
Post-Study Work Stream –
For overseas students who graduate with a higher education degree from an Australian education provider, regardless of their field of study. A visa in this stream can be granted for up to 4 years depending on the applicant’s qualification.

Skilled-Recognised Graduate Visa (Subclass 476)
This is a temporary visa for young overseas graduates who have recently graduated from eligible overseas universities and wish to gain up to 18 months of skilled experience in the relevant occupations. The applicant must be under 31 at time of application, have competent English and have completed a course in a prescribed discipline in a prescribed overseas education provider within the past 24 months.
